The fees for the conference include all of the educational sessions, workshops, refreshment breaks, luncheon, and copies, of prepared handouts, and available texts. The fees do not include hotel accommodations at any of the properties on the island.

Registration Fee: $5000.00US

Delegates are invited to apply for conference subsidies for all educational sessions, workshops, air and ground travel, and accommodation at the participating or sponsoring hotels. Only the delegates who have received official confirmation from the Conference Planning Executives will be accepted at this world forum.
